Love books? Want to meet fascinating authors? Do you enjoy the sumptuous fare at Maggiano’s Little Italy? Now, you can combine all these passions by attending this year’s BIBLIOFEAST, a delicious book and author “moveable feast” dinner hosted by the local chapter of the Women’s National Book Association (WNBA). With 70 members and growing, WNBA Charlotte brings together book lovers and book industry professionals and supports reading, writing, authors, independent booksellers, and libraries with regular meetings, a book club and community service. In addition, the chapter promotes National Reading Group Month (NRGM) in October with this event. Featuring an outstanding line-up of nine critically acclaimed authors including bestselling and award-winning novelists Elise Blackwell, author of The Lower Quarter; Nina de Gramont, author of The Last September; Sarah Kennedy, author of The King’s Sisters, Book Three of the Cross and the Crown Series; and Hank Phillippi Ryan, author of What You See. You’ll also meet two debut novelists, two memoirists, and one book review columnist!
