Join the largest CROP Walk in the Nation! Come Walk with us on Sunday, October 16 to end hunger and poverty here in the Charlotte area, nationally and internationally! The Walk is 3.6 miles symbolizing the average round trip people in developing nations make daily to get water. The Charlotte CROP Walk will benefit local partners: Crisis Assistance Ministry, Loaves & Fishes and Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Join us at Independence Park beginning at 1:00P! Our Walk Day “Village” will feature great family oriented activities including: Food Trucks Crafts Water Relay — Come try and carry 5 Gallons of Water on our relay path! Water challenge Sponsor tents Also, help support of local agencies! Donate clothing items to Crisis Assistance Ministry to help local families. Food Drive for Loaves & Fishes! Help us pack 1000 backpacks for Second Harvest Food Bank for children at risk of hunger!
