Civil War Reenactment June 4th & 5th, 2016 (10am-4pm)Travel back to 1864 and experience war in the trenches and in the battlefield! In addition to a main battle each day, visitors can see ongoing demonstrations throughout the weekend, walk through the soldier camps, shop with Civil War sutlers, participate in a tea party, and enjoy food vendors. Admission is $8 Adults, $7 Seniors/Students, ages 5 and under free.

Historic Latta Plantation is a circa 1800 cotton plantation and living history farm, located within Latta Plantation Nature Preserve. Tours of the Latta home are guided, and tours of the grounds are self-guided. School groups are on site daily during the school year. When large groups are on site, visitors may be asked to join those groups in lieu of a guided house tour, due to a limited number of staff members available to provide tours.
