Back by popular demand comes the Cooking With Sukey Workshop. Open-hearth cooking will be taught by Cheryl Henry, a skilled re-enactor whose passion is sharing history, culture, and culinary arts through primitive cooking. Cook alongside of Cheryl as you learn some of Sukey Latta's very own recipes. Learn how Sukey, the Latta's head cook, would have prepared daily meals in the cooks kitchen including fire starting, using 19th century utensils and historically accurate local ingredients. Finish out the day by enjoying the home-style meal you spent the day preparing.
