Our St. Martin's Cross special bottle release will take place alongside a Scottish-inspired brunch prepared by Tim Schafer, affectionately known as “The Brew Chef.” The bottle release and brunch will begin at 11:00 AM in our taproom followed by a public bottle release at noon. St. Martin’s Cross is an Imperial Scottish Ale aged on Talisker single malt Scotch and oak. Tim “the Beer Chef” Schafer will work his usual magic in creating a beer-infused tasting menu, including Scottish pickled eggs with “beer-naise” sauce, beer and bacon-braised cabbage, applewood-smoked pork shoulder brined in beer, and even a chocolate bread pudding with a spiced Scotch ale whipped cream. The brunch event is limited to 80 guests, and tickets must be purchased in advance. Standard tickets include both the brunch, as well as a 22-ounce bottle of St. Martin’s Cross for $25. For guests under 21, there is a $15 brunch-only ticket available.
