Join trained chef and historic cook Cheryl Henry as she leads an intimate historic cooking class. Participants will be guided by Cheryl in the Polk Site back-country kitchen house as they prepare a 19th century meal. Cheryl will be joined by renowned first-person interpreter and historic cook Clarissa Lynch, who will teach participants about the history behind the foods they will prepare through interactive storytelling.
