Rumer began singing at the age of three, performing for her family in their living room. She joined a music conservatory in Idaho at the age of 12 studying opera and then continued her classical training at Interlochen Arts Academy. Lending her talents to various musical theatre productions in high school as well as joining the Jazz Band, her love of music only continued to grow.
