Mortimer's Big Diaw Recipe

Show off your cooking skills to friends and family with this easy to make local Charlotte classic.

Ingredients:

  • Ciabatta bread (made in-house)
  • Cajun mayonnaise (made in-house)
  • Boar’s Head Switzerland Swiss cheese
  • Boar’s Head Roast Beef
  • Au jus

Preparation:

  • Slice your house made ciabatta and slather with a generous portion of Cajun mayonnaise
  • Dip the roast beef into the au jus and place on sliced ciabatta
  • Place sliced Swiss cheese on top of roast beef
  • Finish assembling sandwich and press on panini grill for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • Serve with au jus and the side of your choice
