Soul Gastrolounge's Bergamotley Crue

With only six ingredients, you can be your own bartender.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces Aviation gin
  • 1 ounce blueberry sage syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Lillet rose wine
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • Earl Grey tea seltzer
  • 1 sage leaf

Preparation:

  • Add gin, blueberry sage syrup, Lillet rose wine and lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well and double strain into a pre-chilled goblet glass.
  • Pour in the Earl Grey tea seltzer.
  • Garnish with sage leaf.
