BLT Steak’s Kombucha Mule Cocktail

With only six ingredients, you can be your own bartender.

Ingredients (yields 1 serving)

  • 2 ounces Stoli Razberi Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 11/2 ounces ginger beer
  • 1 ounce Lenny Boy Brewing Co.’s Good ‘Ol Ginger kombucha
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 4-5 fresh raspberries



  • Muddle raspberries.
  • Add vodka, simple syrup, lime juice and ginger beer.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Strain cocktail over ice.
  • Finish with kombucha.
