(Yields 1 cocktail)
2 ounces Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky
1 ounce agave simple syrup
Juice of 1 lime, halved
1 bottle or can ginger beer (of any variety)
¼-ounce orange citrus extract for garnish (optional)
1 pinch ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
1 cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Fill Moscow Mule cup with ice.
Pour Crown Royal, agave simple syrup and juice of one ½ lime into cup.
Fill cup with ginger beer.
Hollow out second ½ lime.
Set hollowed out side of lime on top of cocktail.
Fill hollowed out lime with ¼-ounce orange citrus extract and light on fire.
Sprinkle hollowed out lime with cinnamon and extinguish flame by stirring with cinnamon stick.
