1 1/2 ounces Lunazul Blanco tequila
1/2 ounces PAMA Pomegranate liqueur
3/4 ounces Cointreau
1/2 ounce POM juice
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce ghost pepper syrup (recipe below)
Mix all ingredients in a shaker tin.
Add ice, and shake well.
Strain over ice into a salt-rimmed rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.
Ghost Pepper Syrup
4 cup water
4 cup granulated sugar
3 ghost peppers
Bring water and sugar to a slight boil.
Add ghost peppers and let boil slightly for 5 minutes.
Bring to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep for 30 to 45 minutes.
Recipe makes 1 quart. Label and date properly for storage.
