Cameron Brown and Brett Westcott, the two Purdue undergraduates known as the “compliment guys” will be making a stop in Charlotte as part of their 10-city “Brightside Tour” sponsored by Kodak. Brown and Westcott began their compliment campaign at Purdue University as a way to boost morale among students in these trying economic times and they’ve been on a roll ever since, even gaining national attention. Their stop in Charlotte will undoubtedly prove that there can never be too much of a good thing, as they turn frowns upside down with their kind and uplifting words. Visit Charlotte, a division of the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, has promoted the Charlotte region for over 25 years as a destination for tourists, a host city for meetings and conventions and a site for sporting events.
