1.    Is the airport operating?

Yes. Visit cltairport.com or contact your airline for information about specific flights. Due to construction on site, the Charlotte Douglas International Airport recommends allowing extra time to drive to and from the terminal. While adjusting to new traffic patterns, drive more cautiously and follow directional signage.

 2.    Is public transportation operating?

Yes. CATS Transportation services resumed at 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 22 and are operating under regular hours.

 3.    How do I get around when I am there?

All interstates are open. Officials don’t anticipate any difficulty in travel to or through the area but recommend caution when driving through Uptown in the late evening. Visit http://www.charlottesgotalot.com/transportation-listings for other transportation options.

 4.    Where can I find information about changes to hours of operations for attractions and restaurants?

Businesses have resumed regular operating hours. For updates on any changes to hours, visit What's Open.

 5.    Have events been canceled?

There have been organizations that have canceled or rescheduled their activities due to the current events in Charlotte. For information on a specific event, please contact the event organizer directly or visit the event website for additional scheduling details.
