Strong attendance equals happy vendors which makes for great ROI.  The experience your attendees will have in Charlotte will have them wanting to attend your show again next year.

Proximity to Population

Nearly 60% of the country's population lives within a two hour flight of Charlotte.  In fact, 7.1 million people live within a 100 mile radius of Charlotte. This radius population well exceeds Miami’s 6 million and the 2.6 million around Memphis. Even when considering a 650-mile radius, Charlotte is the clear leader.  (Source: Charlotte Chamber)

Charlotte Convention Center

With 280,000 sq. feet of exhibit space, the Charlotte Convention Center offers dynamic possibilites in a prime location.  The Charlotte Conveniton sits just seven miles away from Charlotte Douglas Inertnational Airport, five miles from Interstate 85, a little over one mile from I-77, and blocks from world class dining and nightlife. Attendees will enjoy walking the tradeshow floor during the day and then soak in the vibrant nightlife after the tradeshow closes.

The Charlotte Convention Center and Visit Charlotte are both divisions of the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority.  This is an unbelieveable advantage for tradeshow planners as we can provide you expertise in multiple areas.  In addition, the Charlotte Convention Center operates their own full-service in-house catering team.  Yet again this means more time saved as multiple aspects of your event can be handled within the same company.
