With the exception of shrimp and fish, the food comes from community growers and the ingredients come from small, independently owned farms within 100 miles of Charlotte. And every 10 minutes, the congestion-free, environmentally friendly LYNX Blue Line light rail runs from South Boulevard at I-485 to Center City, with 15 stops in between.
