Chef Alyssa's Kitchen is calling open season on our first ever cooking with game class! Here in North Carolina there are plenty of mainstream protein options, from grass-fed beef to pastured chicken…but in this class we will hit the offbeat path to cook some of the area's most prized fall catch.
