Spend 2 hours being a real chocolatier in a professional kitchen. Make your own truffle ganache, learn about infusing flavors. Prep and use various treats to dip or coat your finished ganache. Best of all, you get to take home what you make (unless it gets mysteriously consumed before you make it out the door.
Criteria is "You must be fun!"
Chocolate can be messy so we're providing an apron for use. We also recommend closed toed shoes. Age 14 and up. If you have any questions please let us know.
