Instructor: This class is hosted by Justine Grosso. Justine has an extensive background in personal training and group fitness classes, and her upbeat attitude will keep you motivated the entire class. Be prepared to work for your beer!
Anything Else? Bring a mat, a water bottle, and a towel, because you're definitely going to sweat! This workout is body weight only, and there are modifications for each move, so it's ideal for those just stepping into the fitness world, as well as seasoned athletes. Be sure to stick around for a delicious meal from the A Bao Time food truck after class, too!
