Offering sweeping views of the Levine Center for the Arts, The Green park, and the Firebird sculpture on the museum's plaza, the second-floor sculpture terrace is a perfect setting for receptions and small events.  The intimate space can accommodate up to 50 people for a standing reception.

The lobby accommodates up to 140 guests for a seated event and 225 for a standing reception.  The museum offers a sophisticated, modern simplicity with granite floors, a vibrant 23-foot-tall wall drawing by artist Sol LeWitt and portraits of the Bechtler family by famed Pop artist Andy Warhol.

The lobby/plaza combination accommodates up to 220 for a seated event and 400 for a standing reception and utilizing both inside and outside space.  Events on the plaza take place under the museum's cantilevered fourth-floor gallery suspended by a voluminous column.  The whimsical Firebird sculpture serves as the backdrop for all plaza events.
