Wedding receptions in The Grand Ballroom include tables, chairs, choice of white, black or ivory linens, room set to your specifications, dance floor, projector and drop down screens. The Grand Ballroom can seat up to 300 guests for a wedding reception with dinner and still have ample space for dancing, wedding cake display and gift tables. If you are planning on a smaller wedding we can certainly look at smaller spaces that may work for you.
The Gastonia Conference Center has a full-service Food and Beverage Department and Executive Chef to assist you in creating a memorable event with impressive dining options from simple hors d'oeuvres to buffet or plated service. Bar Service is available onsite as well. We boast a Green Room with a private bathroom available for a Bridal Dressing Room or Green Room for your entertainers.
