Cost: $45 Adults / $35 ages 3-12 / Free for 2 and under 

Pack up the crew and head to the NASCAR Hall of Fame for a Father’s Day brunch that makes every Dad feel like a Hall of Famer. Enjoy a hearty meal with a beef tenderloin carving station, scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes, fresh cut fruit and a selection of pastries and muffins. Tickets include admission to the Hall of Fame, a family photo and an exclusive behind the scene look at the 1948: Proving Grounds exhibit opening in July.

Father's Day Fest

Cost: Free 

On Saturday, The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery will team up with Discovery Place Science to bring together dads and dinosaurs. Tyrannosaurs Rex-themed activities for kids and their dads including tattoo stations and fossil digs. On Sunday, dad can grab a pint and a free men’s health screening in support of Pints for Prostates. Pets and people under age 21 are welcome at both events.

Queen City Father's Day Festival

Enjoy an afternoon of food, games, and crafts that the kids and Dad will love. Expect appearances by Charlotte Knights mascot Homer the Dragon, Winthrop University mascot “Bug Stuff” and a day full of fun with 50 vendors, 100 swag bag giveaways and a bouncy house for the kids. Donations will be accepted for the Men’s Shelter of Charlotte on site.

The Charlotte Symphony Summer Pops series continues with a special John Williams event. Be transported back to some of your favorite flicks like ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’, ‘E.T.’, ‘Jurassic Park’, and ‘Star Wars’. The event is outdoors and lawn seating, so take a tip from the pros and pack a blanket or lawn chair and some snacks for the true movie-goer experience.
