The food and drinks are fantastic. The owner is incredibly accommodating. The views of uptown are bar none for plaza midwood. Maybe a little bit understaffed, but Carlos does what he can to help out. Lots of character and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for nice chill night.
Tapas for the most part were really good. Place was empty though when we were there. Definitely a sleeper spot, probably because the name implies beer and beer only. A name change might help draw more people and sell more food.
My husband and I were here last weekend. The wait staff did not show up to work and it was a Saturday night! I respected the bartender because he told us the deal upfront & let us know that he may be slow to help us. We didnt let that ruin our night. We would help him out by getting our own silverware & going up to the bar to ask him to refill our drinks. I feel that the owner should have been there to help out the cook & bartender since they were the only two holding down the fort. Not sure what happened, but Ive been before & it was a much better experience then.
Well I can't say anything bc for some reason it was closed. No note on door or anything. Just lights off and no one around. We ended up at Pour house which was cool. It made me give a rating so a one star doesn't mean anything in this review. Was just a little disappointed bc we've been wanting to check it out and were in town for a short visit
Waiter and bartenders on duty were awesome. The food not so great. Received the wrong item once and the rest was just blah... I have been here before and the food was great not sure what happened this time. We all have bad days though.
