This is a great place to meet old friends and new. Sherry provides a sacred and calm place for all people to enjoy. I have never been a tea drinker, but she sold me. I am there every Saturday because of the customer service and conversation. The mood is on chill and the atmosphere is welcoming. I saw a post from a group that tried to host a party and take over the spot. I was there, they were so wrong and did not understand the assignment. Sherry you keep doing what you do. Selah and Amen.

I called a week before and asked if I could have a tea party birthday party. The owner said it was fine and she allowed food. When we got there all of a sudden she said we would have had to pay for a party. She asked that we cleaned up, to which we responded we responded we would be happy to. She came over several times and said it was a "sacred place" and asked us to clean up several more times before we left. She then charged me 25 dollars for tea that I spilled (accidents happen) and I'm sure she doesn't charge every one who spills tea 25 dollars as a clean up fee. Each and everyone of us bought a pot of tea and no one drunk the teas because they were nasty. This place is not kid friendly.

By far the best tea bar Ive been to! The inside is so warm and inviting. It has the most perfect sanctuary feel! It was much bigger inside than I anticipated as well. So many cute areas to sit and relax. The owner Sherry is delightful!! Shell help you with any tea selection you need. Im so glad we have this place in our neighborhood! I cant wait to visit again!

I love this place. Its so serene, joyful & peaceful! Took a yoga class there one Saturday two weeks ago which was my first time there. I applaud Sherry, the owner of Paulines & her daughter for providing such a wonderful tea bar & beautiful space outside of home for that calming cup of tea & other relaxing activities! Much success to you & many Blessings!

My first experience here was terrible. I did not feel welcome, nor did my party. The woman who spoke to us was very condescending. She made us feel as though we were "less than", which came as a shock since we were trying to support a black owned business. It may be black owned but it felt like "white only" was preferred. I'm not a tea connoisseur, but of all the teas I sampled not one was good. They also took 20 minutes to bring a bottle a water and we had to repeatedly ask them to restock the sugar. I definitely would not recommend this establishment.
