Love the ambiance. Being from New York City it was such a vibe!!! Customer service was superb! Fries amazing. Will definitely revisit. Wish they were closer to the University area since Im closer to that side of town but maybe its a good thing they are 45 minutes away. Otherwise I would be there more often my waistline can truly handle. Put this restaurant on your to do list!

ONE BIG PROBLEM: Burger, fries, and a drink will set you back 20 dollars or more! (And that's their plain fries -- add another five bucks for any of the flavors for which you might be going to What The Fries in the first place) Food 7/10. Good ideas, flavors don't pop like they should. Service 9/10. Just regular counter service, but really nice people. Atmosphere 5/10. Sticky tables.

We had the Hibachi shrimp fries they were so good definitely recommend. The mac and cheese was nice and creamy. And we went foe classic bacon cheese fries which were very good as well. I like the feel of the place I do think they should add a couple other things to the menu even though it is What the fries and all about the fries, but it could be a real dope spot with a little more.

Amazing!!! If you love well seasoned comfort food this is the place. There's no such thing as bland here. If you like your taste buds to dance hit up what the fries! I was swaying in my seat. So happy to have this place in Queen City.

For me, it was just okay. I enjoyed the hip hop vibe and music, it was reminiscent of the 90's which is the era that I grew up in. I got the double burger and the patties were so massive that I felt like I needed to be a snake and unhinge my jaw in order to wrap my face around the burger. IMO the patties were overcooked and very well done. My favorite burger for example is Bang Bang Burgers where they will cook the burger medium so you have a nice red/pink center and the meat is soft and tender. I really enjoyed the purple potato bun but I felt there was a lack of creativity inherently with many of the dishes. You can't just throw yum yum sauce on everything and expect greatness. My fear of the fries becoming soggy came to fruition as the sauces and other juices soaked into them. Also, the fries came out quite a while after the burger. I would have much preferred that they all come out at the same time. I wish you guys much success and with a few tweaks this could be a great spot.
