The Embassy Suites by Hilton in Charlotte NC is a nice hotel but the front staff is not nice and room service is not far behind with the not doing their job. Now, as for their Breakfast bar it is great and the staff is wonderful!! Their evenings happy hour was nothing to write home about and the drinks was water down til you got nothing but water taste..and the staff was taking your plate before you was finish...first and last time I will stay here again...

Our best hotel of a week of vacationing. Big beautiful, helpful staff. Premium breakfast. Spacious rooms. Will definitely come again. I'm in Charlotte often so I can't wait to come back. And relatively close to the air airport too :)

Room was nice. Breakfast was awesome! Unfortunately, I have an allergy to feathers. I called the front desk four times, over a period of 1.5-2 hours to request a foam pillow. After two hours, I finally got one. I expected better service from a Hilton property!

Would not suggest staying at this Embassy Suite. Night time management is an absolute joke. Stayed here on a recent trip celebrating an anniversary for me and my wife (Premium room). Room went uncleaned my entire stay at this Embassy Suite. After repeated call to housekeeping and front-desk about the issue was told by the night manager that I should not expect to have my room cleaned every day and that I should be happy with a $50 credit they were willing to give me for my stay. After tell the night manager that I really was not interested in a credit but was rather would like my Premium room to be cleaned, she went off on a tangent tell me that I do not clean my own house up daily so I should not expect a much from the hotel ( needless to say this floor both me and my wife as we never met this person before in our lives). We were give a lot of attitude from this night manager. It became apparent to me and my wife that she was definitely unstable. When I then ask for the contact information to the actual hotel manager to address my problem, the entire staff and the night manager would only get me the number to the hotel front desk and the managers first name ( as if they did not know anything about Embassy's policies for customer service or escalation). We have stay at many hotels under the Hilton brand and have never had this type of experience on something so basic as a clean room. To experienced this on such an important occasion as this has definitely shaken my faith and trust in the brand. I am a corporate manager and will definitely be revisiting my companies policies with regards to hotels being used for stay in the region. I would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay in this area at this time. Professionalism of the staff and management is immature and lacking key fundamental competencies for the hospitality industry.

This place is a staging area for new army recruits just before they get shipped off to boot camp. Meaning, this place is bustling, especially in the morning. Everyone was well behaved (aka no troublemakers), just lots of activity. My room was clean and comfortable.
