I would never pay for another room here. Not very clean, have a soft spot in the floor. Stains on the carpet (red soda I think). Just doesnt seem very well taken care of. People are nice. Saw some dude walking in the lobby with an ankle monitor on. Take that for what's worth.
We were on the second floor in a no-smoking room. The staff was very polite and helpful. The quick breakfast was just that - a light meal. The room could use a little help though. The window was broken, the faucet of the bathtub dripped, and the mattresses needed new mattress covers (stained heavily, but not indicative of bedbugs/ and no bedbugs or I wouldnot have stayed). The mattress itself was good. The room was pretty well clean otherwise. The air unit worked well and was pretty quiet.
Total bait and switch. Booked my family's room 2 months in advance for $60 a night for 3 days. On the day we're supposed to check in, the hotel calls and says they WANT TO ADD $500 ON TOP of the total bill for the hotel. They tell me this ONE HOUR before our scheduled arrival. I have been driving for 6 hours already and it's 10 pm. We are exhausted. Billy Graham's funeral was the next day so everybody else was booked. I was forced to cancel my reservation because I can't afford such an extreme price hike. My family had no where else to go and was scrambling to find someplace that will accept us at this hour that wasn't expensive. If they told me a week before that would have been OK. But 1 hour prior to check-in late at night?!!!
Meh, it's a cheap room. Breakfast is a joke. Some of the staff are okay. Not in the best area since 5 cars were broken into recently.
Great rates. Just what our family needed while we wait for our house to be complete. The only misleading information is free breakfast. I been here now for 5 days and I only seen coffee and granola bars. I guess since you have a kitchen you should cook your own breakfast. Customer service desk is on point. Mrs Tequisha is very down to earth and make sure you have all you need. I checked in with Ashlee and she takes care of business.Michael makes sure the facility stay clean and if he don't do nothing else he will be at work on time. Buying a home and building it from the ground up is stressful however the staff at extended stay off university made it very easy for my family and I. I will recommend and stay here again.
