It wasn't what I expected, actually way less. I stayed in places for the same rate and the rooms was way better. The carpet was dirty with some stains. The tube needed a deep cleaning with bleach. So my 2 daughters and I wore our flip flops from the water park to take showers. The breakfast was a joke. No bagels no juice or even fresh fruits. I don't drink coffee neither do my daughters. This place remind of a motel your parents tell you stay away from. But customer service was awesome!! The hotel needs serious updates, especially asking for $100 a night rate.

This extended stay is bad. Dirty rooms, some of the staff is very nice some are horrible! Do yourself a favor go to the extended stay in Pineville on Park Rd. What a difference, that one in is great!

The Extended Stay manager here Colleen I may have it wrong on the spelling, but along with Paula and Michael at the front desk this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. There's service is excellent the rooms or excellent, absolutely spotless and clean wonderful place to stay

Stayed here for about 6-7 weeks. Leaky refrigerator, staff never once cleaned my room. Breakfast contains coffee and granola bars. Internet was bad (even bought faster speeds) and I paid over 2 grand. Should have looked at air b&b options.

The property is old, the walls are so thin you can hear someone breath next door (and every car door that shuts in the parking lot). There's no coffee in-room, not even a plastic cup to get a drink of water or brush your teeth with!! The WI-FI is absolute garbage (0.3MB speed) and, no common sense or empathy from staff. To top things off, the bed/pillows are not comfortable so expect to sleep in short bursts only. I spent 14 hours stuck in the airport yesterday and I'm not re-booked for another flight out until 6:00 today. I asked the front desk/asst. manager for a late checkout of a couple extra hours so that I don't have to spend 6 more hours at the airport and they want $20/hour until 3PM. I understand "policy" but considering the circumstances (weather that has stranded people) I find the lack of flexibility or empathy unacceptable. I will never return to this property.
