Clean rooms and great amenities. 24 hour gym, pool, wifi, and breakfast. The hotel is going under some renovation but the construction is hardly noticeable. Lots of great restaurants with in walking distance and the train stop is about a 5 min walk as well. Shopping centers are also within walking distance.

This hotel is the worst Im very angry at the moment I recently stayed at your location at 315 East Woodlawn road Charlotte Nc with my 2 daughters Someone besides me had access to my hotel room and opened the door when I heard the door open i said hello all of a sudden the door closes I didnt feel safe staying at your location and neither do my daughters how dare they put our safety at risk this is not acceptable I already made a complaint with the clerk and told him I will call the police if it happens again he didnt seem to care at all. Now my youngest is terrified to go to sleep in case had to also go down several times. Because the keys never worked . The only person who was helpful was a man named Jackie he was wonderful that was the only good thing about this stay

Staff was friendly and helpful. Corrected an air conditioning issue while we were out. Beds and pillows were comfy. It was a very nice stay.

It's a fine hotel for business travel. Nothing special about the stay. The wifi is free and doesn't require you to repeatedly log in which is nice. It's very difficult to pay for breakfast if you don't want to charge it to your room, it's seems like they're not equipped to just swipe a credit card for the 10 bucks or so it costs for the breakfast buffet. The breakfast is decent, but not worth the hassle of paying for it separately.

Great hotel,yes they are renovating but truly not a problem.Everyone is super nice ,the breakfast was good & customer service was the best. Smiles, hellos, is everything okay. I wish everyone who works with the public understands that how you treat your guest/ customers says a lot about your business establishment.I felt like royalty,we will be back.Thank you, Four Points Sheraton
