Stayed here to be close to the office I'm visiting for work. Very convenient right next to the highway. I was pleased with the digital key option, makes it seamless to pick out my room ahead of time, check in on my phone, and roll right in without needing to stop at the front desk or wait for anyone else. Took one star off bc they're currently doing some renovations on the hotel, so during the day half the parking lot is blocked off and even after hours parking spots are reduced. Kinda a hassle, especially driving a big rental car I'm not used to. Breakfast had decent number of options, nothing to write home about but plenty better than I've had at lesser hotels. Overall pleased and would recommend.

This faculty is under construction. Getting a face lift. Room was very clean Hamton style. But you could seer they still had a lot to finish. Should have considered reducing the room taste during construction time. Hilton still needs to improve on the breakfast. But there was plenty of choices and conveniently located I the lobby.

In town for a quick business trip. Great staff, and large clean rooms(king suite). I'll be staying here the next time I'm in town.

This hotel lied and said they had hot plates. When we got there they acted as if they didn't know what we were talking. So we had to eat out. They didn't even have a restaurant inside. If I could have recorded the smell on the 4th floor where we were. It smelled like dirty diapers. The elevator had trash in front of it For the 2 nights that we were there. Then an entire soda sat in the hallway as well. I guess they dont have housekeeping. The rooms were decent but for what they charge we expected our waters and chocolates for both pilliows. The refrigerator was small as ever. We were told we had a full Sized one. Not to mention how little the coffee maker was.The soap dish was dirty in our bathroom. The breakfast was decent that's why they got 2 stars. The lady at the front desk was rude. I don't know how this hotel got such great reviews. That's the reason why we even picked this hotel. I would say this establishment runs neck to neck with a Super 8 Hotel. I would not have expected this from a Hamton Inn and Suites

As a diamond level Hilton customer I was surprised at the poor and offensive level of service I received at Hampton Arrowood on my January 9 stay. I was bumped from my pre-selected room and refused water bottles. Upon voicing concern I was addressed with a defensive and raised voice in front of other hotel guests by the desk clerk. My concerns were again made clear via written survey to local management and were ignored.
