We loved the rooms - so clean and updated (the white shower was perfectly clean - thats fantastic). We would definitely come back. We loved the location - Whole Foods and Starbucks within walking distance. Very kind concierge when we checked in. However, housekeeping was incredibly loud, yelling through the hallways the afternoon we checked in, and knocking on the door accidentally hours before we were supposed to check out. Also, check out in our email was at noon but I guess was at 11 at the hotel. The glitch was pretty inconvenient, as we were cleaning and showering and packing around 11 as housekeeping was knocking and asking when we were checking out. Once we learned that the checkout was at 11, it was a little more understandable, but the email and the website both said noon.
Exceptional front desk staff.Broderick was on duty while we were checking in and he was so friendly and helpful. Daryl also is a wonderful night desk associate. By far this has been the best Hilton Garden Inn, I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was delicious, the cook was very friendly, he made my day actually with his enthusiastic personality. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Safe location and lots to do close by.South Park Mall is within walking distance, but of coarse the hotel has a shuttle service available. This will be my first choice of hotels in the future above all others in the Charlotte area.
Loved our stay. Left another hotel because of staff. Checking in was a pleasure. Katrina is wonderful. So pleasant and funny. Room was fresh and clean. Couldn't be happier.
Newer/remodeled rooms and good location. Ample parking and I had great interactions with the staff. I have bookmarked this hotel to visit again.
Nothing spectacular here. Lobby and the bar area is lively and well decorated. Service of the staff is mediocre. Couple of my requests were either ignored it forgotten.
