I'm very disappointed in my stay here. Someone else's hair was in the bathtub, several towels had obvious stains(as well as the bed skirt), the ceiling fan didn't work, the a.c. didn't work...which then decided to wake me up at 4am and sounded like a fire alarm. The houseman said he had never heard the ac do that before and that unplugging it and restarting it would fix it. 3 min after he left it made the same noise. The night auditor Judith(she is definitely their saving grace) told me they were at capacity but she had one other room she could move me to. I packed up my stuff and went to the other room, only to find one of the beds to have been slept in and not made. I went down to the front desk and Judith called 3 of their sister properties(all at capacity) before finding an available room at the Residence Inn. I was told by Marriott Customer Service that the Executive Team(meaning the GM Jamie) would be calling me...it's almost 48 hours later and I have still not heard from them.
Hotel service was great and breakfast is also grand. I lost something in my room and they tried so hard to find it and when they did, they mailed it straight to me free of charge. Super nice and helpful.

The place was relatively clean and nice. I only stayed overnight to sleep, and the beds we're clean and soft. The layout of the room, however is annoying. The TV isn't really in front of the couch or the bed, so it makes little sense. Alongside that the bathroom has no sink. There's only one sink located outside the bathroom (and another one in the kitchen area). Which leaves me to wonder how many people touched the bathroom door handle without washing their hands...
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but nothing that would keep me from coming back. Quiet area, but not too far away from anything.
Nice room, bed and mattress was very comfortable. Room could have been set with more towels but overall great stay.
