Long Cove Resort
The location of this place is secluded and quiet. We stayed in a tiny house which is absolutely beautiful. It's very clean and earth friendly. The service is outstanding. Very happy and excited to be around. Such a great place to stay.
Dan the man was the best!!! He was very attentive and courteous. His customer service was very delightful. He made are stay very enjoyable. Next time you go there I recommend Dan.
Staff was awesome. Amber is wonderful! Clean cozy. Pool was really nice, boat rentals are quality as well! Great two night stay!
We enjoyed our visit. It's quiet, secluded with nice amenities and a 10 min drive to town. (Although a bit bumpy ride down the road- that somewhat adds to the atmosphere) Would stay again.
Deceitful advertising. Poor relationships with third party online booking sites. Impossible to reach someone from Long Cove on the phone. When you do finally reach someone they are rude, condescending, and unaccommodating. The opposite of customer service. Particularly employee Dan, who should not be employed in the hospitality service industry. Not to mention the $69 cleaning fee that comes up after you start the booking process only. Do not book here. Many other great options in the Rock Hill or Charlotte area a few minutes away. ****UPDATE**** Timothy, the operations manager has been so awesome. After hearing of my experience with Dan he has been super accommodating and tried to make things right. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at Long Cove this trip but would love to give it a shot in the future. He acknowledged the break down in the system with Expedias listing and the unacceptable behavior of Dan. Some of our friends did stay this weekend and said it has been awesome. Thanks, Rebekah & Timothy for reaching out. Glad to know Long Cove does indeed care about customer relations after all.
