PNC Music Pavilion
This is a pretty good place to see a favorite music artist outside. The place is big but still feels small enough to be enjoyable from almost anywhere you may sit. The shelter is a little nicer than the lawn seats, but it's a good venue. The parking is a bit of a mess,so be prepared to be there for a while after the show. Just make plans to wait the traffic out and all will be fine.
Great venue! Not too big and for a venue, everyone liked the food. Crazy drink prices, but that's anywhere you go for these type of events. The staff has the parking and getting people in and out down! We got there an hour early and left at the last song, so that may have helped with the great experience we had when getting in and out. Great first experience.
Great venue! Very organized, and clean! The lines to get drinks or use the restrooms, were quick. We had a storm delay as they were opening the gates, that kept everyone out. The staff still got everyone in quickly, once they opened up again. I saw the staff constantly checking, and cleaning the porta-bathrooms. The sound was great, too! As was the views, even from the lawn.
First experience seeing a concert at this venue. I must say the venue itself is amazing, well organized, clean and staffed with the most helpful, kind people. That being said, getting into the venue was a completely different story! Traffic was out of this world crazy! We totally missed the opening acts and got to our seats only 15 minutes before the headliner came on stage. There must be better way to handle such an influx of traffic! I know if traffic engineers were to put their heads together, a creative solution could be found. Waiting in a traffic line for nearly 2 hours is just not acceptable. Maybe some type of satellite parking could be instituted and people could be bussed to the venue. Most anything would be better than what we experienced. Work it out, please.
The steaks were wonderful!! Our waitress was Kelly and she was super nice and very efficient!! I believe the Manager is Jeff and he stopped at our table to see if we were pleased,of course we were. We live in Myrtle Beach but hope to come back to Charlotte, Concord soon!! Thanks so much.
