I will start my review by saying "Professionalism at it's best!" I sent an inquiry and received an immediate response from a representative. Actually, each time I sent an email, I would immediately receive a reply. Excellent! This showed me that the company wanted my business and valued me as a customer. At first I wasn't too sure as to what I wanted. The representative suggested some things and sent photos giving me some options. This helped me choose what I wanted. Nick was my delivery guy. Nick was professional yet down to earth. I loved his personality. The finished product looked amazing and it was the talk of the day! Many colleagues inquired as to where I got the sculpture. I told them and I know they will be putting in an order. I will forever use this company for other sculpture needs. Ice sculptures are so elegant! The LED light made the sculpture stand out more. Kudos to the entire staff! I will send you my own summary via email. Thank you for everything! Lastly, for some reason I can't add a photo. I will continue to try.

Artisan is amazing! They are professional and family oriented! Perfect for events with children or any kind of celebration. Had them for my daughters birthday party and they made a beautiful butterfly and followed it up a couple months later for my moms birthday by the beach with a beautiful sail boat! Highly recommend their services and they have an amazing family oriented staff!
