Amélie's French Bakery & Café Park Road

2018: Although I am happy for Amelies recent expansions, I do have to say that the quality of their food - particularly the pastries- has gone way, way down. The croissants have no flavor and do not have crispy crusts, and their cakes likewise just taste like sugary bread. Theres also a lack of consistency between the stores. :( Update from 3 years ago: The Park Rd. location pleasantly surprised today. The pastries (petit gateau and eclair) were moist, flavorful and robust. Delicious!
Decent food for a decent price. Nothing exceptional but a good bite. Restaurant decor is interesting and fun. Coffee is average. Best thing about this place seems to be the baked goods.
Love/hate relationship with this location. Loved the vibes, the quirky French decorations, the staff. All are very fun and give you a 90's "Friends" feeling that I really enjoy. I hated the food. The pastries were quite bad -- mushy and dull, and the coffee was bitter and quite bad. My companions got espresso drinks that were admittedly much better though. It's worth coming for the vibes, but definitely not for the food.
A great french-inspired restaurant and bakery! This is a new location. Park behind most of the other stores. It's downstairs. Small meals and lots of great deserts!
Adorable and delicious! This place is cute and served up great quiches, sandwiches and pastries with excellent coffee. A bit hidden away, but that just adds to the charm.
