Charlottes best Vietnamese restaurant! We usually get seafood noodle soup, fried egg noodles with vegetables & protein, spring rolls, and iced coffee! Ive never regretted my dining choice there. The food is always great, and the owner & the staff are always nice.

So many great options to choose from. I went with the #24 (sorry can't remember how to spell the actual dish) and she had the pineapple fried rice. Both were phenomenal. I like that the fried rice came out in half a pineapple. Very cool.

This is second time i come back I keep tell my mind dont never ever back after the first time, but it been a long time so we for got. The place alway slow when we come but alway waiting 10-15 minuter for them come out and ask about oder First visit a year ago, i oder Pork noodle( Hu tieu) all the meat in bowl i could not eat because it smell bad( old meat lelf over night) Second time we comeback, the pan cake, its good but the pork meat they keep over night again, smell bad,.... The quail fire over like charcoal Funny, when we tell each other about how bad the food, the guys stay away he heard that ( waitress) he said if u want good food come back Vietname ? What ... when open the restaunant make sure you cook good, not lelf overnight :( Example :For pan cake , the pork meat can not boil, and keep over than put on the top? It need to be cook the same time When i check out, i hear the lady ( she is waiter too) told 2 guys who is signing on the bill and the font of me:" make sure you have to put the tip in " What ? They can tip you if they want? Why you ask for that Hahahhahahaa

I am Vietnamese and often get disappointed going to Vietnamese restaurants. This is the first restaurant that impressed me in every way. Most restaurants skimp on important details which make the dish like herbs and lemongrass. These guys go all out. Ive never been to any Vietnamese restaurant that gives you as much herbs and greens as they do. And you can actually see the lemongrass in the food. Furthermore, they have very many vegetarian offerings and EVERYTHING was beautifully executed. I DoorDashed and called them as well to ask if we can get extra chili and chopsticks since we were staying in a hotel. And they of course did. We will make sure to come by here every time were in town. Cant say enough. Thank you BT for a true representation of Vietnamese cuisine!
