Nice Venue. Great music. Waited 15 minutes plus at the bar to get a drink and still could not get served. Total chaos last Saturday. Two helpful hints, hire some part time bartenders when big crowds are expected or better yet designate one part of the bar service to cash only customers.
Went for the lobster truck. The wait in line was not awful. They need more shaded seating. And I have a suggestion...while your customers stand in the food truck lines, have your servers offer them beverages. It would increase sales for you and make the wait seem less tedious!
Went here on a whim while passing through. There were no food trucks here at the time, so we were limited to the kitchen offerings. The food was 'meh', especially the $6 hot dog. Extremely basic, used what appeared to be regular spicy brown mustard instead of whole seed mustard, as advertised. The nachos weren't bad. My biggest complaint was the service. We were sitting for 5 minutes before approached by a waitress. We first ordered beer that didn't arrive until several minutes after our nachos arrived, even tho we ordered the nachos AFTER ordering the beer. We were told this was because the bar was "backed up" even the we could clearly see the bar tenders were standing around, not busy. Our hot dogs also took far too long to arrive, especially since hardly any other customers seemed to be eating food. Trying to get our waitresses attention was also almost impossible, because we never saw her. It's a shame, because we are about to move to the area and are looking for good establishments to eat. They had a good beer list, so maybe we'll come by for only drinks, but I recommend sitting at the bar and not using a waitress.
The vibe! Best way to describe BYE: when there it feels like you are on vacation. Super laid back atmosphere but also high end at the same time. Food was delicious and great drink selection. Staff is friendly and happy to help. My new favorite spot
Awesome atmosphere. This place kills it with their setup. Such a unique approach to food/drink/vibe. Their goal of making a fun family friendly hangout spot really came through. Good mix of food trucks and in-house food. Kids had the flatbread while mom and dad had some BBQ and drinks. Local beers were fantastic and their specialty cocktails hit the mark. A band fired up at 7pm on the cool old boat lift stage and the place was starting to unwind. It felt more like a festival or local party. We will definitely be back to hangout. Great job BYE. (Only criticism, the bar was a bit of a bottleneck. But the place is new. It was a busy Friday night. Im sure some of the bartenders are new. Didnt really bother me. Itll sort out Im sure.)
