Their pistachio and coffee gelatos are great, just as good as the ones I had in Italy. Portions are smaller but typical for gelato and fairly priced. Some of the reviews are here are really unfair; it's a gelato shop, not an ice cream parlor - whipped cream and milkshakes aren't the products they specialize in. If you appreciate good Italian-style gelato, then this is a great place in Belmont to get it. If you are looking for an American-style sundae then maybe go somewhere else.

I ordered two kolaches through DoorDash at very close to closing time I hadn't had a kolache in a very long time and was very excited that I found a place nearby that has them I placed my order for two kolaches and an iced coffee I ordered two sausage and cheese kolaches and the teddy bear latte. The latte is delicious but very small for the price you pay. And my order was completely wrong I ordered the two sausage and cheese kolaches And when I bit into the first one it was just a piece of sausage in the bread And then I opened up the second one and it wasn't even sausage it was ham and cheese. I spent $40 on a DoorDash order and it was wrong and I can't even find a phone number to contact The establishment To let them know my order was wrong.

This is a wonderfully simple, old-fashioned style ice cream shop. Their gelato is fresh, rich, and creamy. They have 4 gluten-free options as well as sorbet. Their flavors rotate weekly and are unique. You can tell the owners put time and much thought into developing each one. Our friend's daughter has Celiac disease, and they knew exactly how to serve her, stating that the owner made sure they were all trained in how to serve people who have such needs. This shop is now a MUST stop each time they visit us. It's a great addition to our thriving downtown!!

First time at Bumble Bee Creamery. The ice cream was delicious but I am most impressed with the kindness that the young man working the counter showed my 5 year old. He was so sweet and engaging with my son.

The two stars are for my toddlers enjoying their scoops, but the -3 stars is because I ordered a "white chocolate frapp" which is proudly listed on their menu and yikes. The 2 female employees were kind but I would've just appreciated someone saying that they don't really make them or why not take them off the menu altogether? It literally tasted like melted ice with milk. Would really just appreciate my $10 back because I drank absolutely none of it.
