We had a retirement party for a friend June 23 and the service was phenomenal. They were patient and helpful in every way possible. The manager was very friendly and did everything he could to make us happy. The ladies waiting on us were also extremely nice and took care of us quickly and had a great way with people. You could tell they all took great pride in serving their customers. The drinks, appetizers and main course were all top notch. I would recommend them not just for a party, but dinner as well. Large open space and long tables that can accommodate groups of 20+ people. Plenty of TVs e everywhere! We had my wife's class reunion there. The wait staff kept up with a crowd of over 50 people with very little wait time for our orders. Great gathering place!!!

I really enjoyed my experience at this location! First of all, my service was excellent at the hostess stand and server wise. Second of all, the bathrooms were clean and smelled nice, not many places can take pride in that! Service was fast and my drink was always full. Great job, staff!!

Horrible service. Wait staff actually argued in front of us about who was suppose to wait on us and 2 of them actually refused to. After letting the Manager know that we have been sitting there for 15 minutes watching the staff purposely ignore us, he tried to get get one of them to wait on us and they all refused because they wanted to get off. This manager has no control of this establishment and the staff is too worried about ending their night to get to their social life then to do their job. Don't waste your time when Concord Mills area is just up the road with plenty of choices.

Very good place to eat and drink. Nice atmosphere. Manager was customer friendly and focused. Food was amazing.
