Leluia Hall

We had dinner at Leluia Hall on a Saturday night. The location and atmosphere are great for a date night out (probably not best for kids). The service was pretty good (not great but pretty good). The food was actually disappointing. We had heard a lot of hype but there were only a few dishes that lived up to our expectations. Food ratings below. Fried Avocado Tiny Taco: 4/5 - the flavor packed into these was impressive Fish Sticks: 2/5 - very disappointed. Not a lot of flavor. Bone Marrow & Shrimp: 4.5/5 - excellent, a must order Chilean Sea Bass: 2/5 - the sauce overpowered the fish. A definite no go and we LOVE sea bass Brussels Almondine: 3/5 - cooked well but could based a little more Parmesan Cheesecake: 4/5 - really solid Fudge Cake: 5/5 - easily the best thing we ate (Side note - nothing was disgusting but when you spend $100+ per person you should wow us)

New place we tried this week - related to Haberdash and EverAndalo, so we had high expectations and it did not disappoint. Friendly team, inviting atmosphere and great food all combined for a wonderful first visit. I like to ask the servers broad questions about the menu to see what they say (rather than 'how is the seabass') and then make choices, even if I have already something in mind its a good confirm (or not). Anyway, Tiny Tacos, Hawaiian Rolls, Filet, Duck and Mushrooms (side) - all amazing. Also to top it off was the Avocado Key Lime Pie - the Avocado results in a unique and delicious consistency with the tart lime that is unlike 'regular' key lime pie. Have a look at the pics, the flavor of everything was right on with the Duck right on par with the Duck Carnitas at Co in NYC (my duck benchmark). Book soon - this place will be full for months !

Leluia Hall is an absolute standoutstunning interiors, incredible food and a truly thoughtful dining experience. From the team behind Supperland, it has that same creative magic, but with its own unique personality. We started with perfect dirty martinis with blue cheese olives and also tried the sea bean martini, which was such a fun and unexpected twist. The wine list is extensive and beautifully curated. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The yellowtail tiny taco was packed with flavor, the stracciatella was fresh and silky, and the masa and cheese was rich, cozy and unforgettable. The ribeye was cooked to perfectiontender and flavorful with every bite. For dessert, the island cake was light and tropical, and the fudge cake was deeply rich and satisfying. Yes, portions are small and its definitely a higher-end experience, but everything felt worth it. A perfect spot for a special night out, with a team that knows exactly what theyre doing. Also a shout out to our server Astrid. She was a superstar

We had a great experience. We were a walk in and got an outside patio table that was perfect. There Was a nice breeze and the patio is a well put together space. Started with yellowtail crudo was delicious. Sea bass ceviche was tasty. Shrimp aquachile was my favorite of our surf bar starters. We then did smoked ribs which had a great balance flavor ended our meal with the mango blackberry tres leches (yum). In between had a fanta flora peach sour beer that was delicious, whiskey sour that was nicely balanced and ended with an amari. Recommend all go. We will certainly go back and am happy to have a great place walkable from the house.

This was my first visit to llelujah Hall and I'm already making plans to try and go back. A couple of friends and I went and we all had a wonderful time. The service was top notch, the food was pretty uniformly great, and the cocktails were fantastic. Our biggest issue was with the noise. I looked for soundproofing but wasn't able to see any. It was a lot better once the party upstairs seem to die down, but for the first 45 minutes to an hour of our time there, it was hard for us to hear our waiter and for him to hear us, and we couldn't hear each other. But I'll definitely be going back. I might ask about sitting out on the patio though.
