I dined at Moon Thai and Japanese Restaurant with my family while visiting NC in March. The place boasts an impressive selection of dishes and drinks. The menu features a wide variety of flavors, with standout options including the duck and seafood dishes. The food was expertly prepared and served in generous portions. While the quality of the food was exceptional, the service was a bit slow. However, the friendly and attentive staff made up for it. The restaurant also offers a great selection of drinks, including a variety of sake and Asian-inspired cocktails. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a unique dining experience. The combination of Thai and Japanese cuisine, coupled with the delicious duck and seafood dishes, make this a must-visit spot for foodies in NC.

Great food, our server was amazing. We came during there lunch hour which was from 11:30-2. We sat outside which was nice. Food was amazing. So much thought into plating the food with the banana leaves and flowers. The sticky rice, they hand made the cups!!!! Amazing and Super nice. Will definitely be back

Very nice atmosphere and superb service. The chefs, waiters, manager and hostess all greeted us on entry very friendly. So much so it really stood out compared to other places. We had the satay which was incredible. We also got the sushi which was very fresh with health portions of fish. We will return to try the Thai.

We came here to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic! Our server was so nice and informative, she did a great job. I really enjoyed everything from the decor, sexy ambiance and the low lights. Excellent choice for date night for sure! Oh & my food chefs kiss

I recently visited Moon Thai in Cutler Bay, FL. It was one of my favorite places to go when visiting home. However, I had a really bad experience. Sooooooo, when I came across the new location where I now live, in Charlotte, NC I HAD TO GO. I thought hopefully, this would be redemption. I was RIGHT!! I ordered the same two dishes from the other review and the pork belly. It was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the decorum is very modern. They currently have a gift card promo, spend 100.00 in gift cards and receive 30.00. If was served by Jackie and she was very attentive. Needless to say, I will go back!
