Outstanding Valentines Day Dinner at Roosters Ballantyne! My wife and I chose Roosters in Ballantyne for our Valentines Day date night, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything we had was exceptional, and the service made the evening even more special. Our server, Dillon, was fantasticattentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, and his great personality and sense of humor kept us smiling all night. He really elevated the whole experience. We started with the charcuterie board and calamari appetizerboth were delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to kick things off. For entrees, my wife ordered the short rib (tender, flavorful, fall-off-the-bone perfection) and I went with the NY strip, which was cooked exactly to order and one of the best steaks Ive had in a while. The Brussels sprouts and butternut squash sides were outstandingseasoned perfectly and full of flavor. We also loved the cocktails: my wifes espresso martini was rich and spot-on, and my Italian Paloma was refreshing and balanced. Everything was truly amazingfood, drinks, service, and atmosphere. Roosters made our Valentines Day memorable, and we cant wait to come back. Highly recommend for date nights or any special occasion! Thank you, Dillon and the whole team!

The food is generally good, with the halibut and salmon being particularly delicious. The pizzas are also great. However, the bread is hard and not fresh, which could be improved. The atmosphere is great, but it can be a bit noisy. Although the menu is designed to be expensive and high-quality, the kids menu could be upgraded by adding a drink option thats included.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Roosters with my two kids and spouse. Kids loved the housemade pasta with tomato sauce, they said it was the best they ever had . My baby enjoyed the frites on her own. Calamari was a bit lemony for our taste and pan fried corn was too butter but had good taste. Lamb sirloin was cooked medium as per our request and was delicious. Our server Alison was great. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

First time to this location on a business lunch. Arugula salad was bigger than expected and very flavorful with its light dressing. Side of beets where good but expected more of a char from the wood fire oven which it may have not been cooked in. The quarter dark chicken was perfectly cooked and boasted with flavor. We did want a side of fries but they never came, waitress was still a novice.
