The #43 (pictured) is really good for first-timers trying to expand their palate. It's become my comfort food I really like that they offer different sizes of pho for different appetites. Service was friendly and really fast. Would definitely come back.

The food was tasty a little under seasoned. The spring rolls were very good they were vegetable. The staff was very kind and the price was affordable I was satisfied with the portion of food I got. I would eat there again.

I have been coming here for yearsss and Im upset at myself for never writing a review. This is THE spot in Charlotte for authentic pho and its in a beautiful diverse neighborhood filled with other great restaurants that are must trys. Saigon is a must visit, youll quickly become a regular as I am. I will always keep coming back here :)

I've ordered takeout from Saigon several times, but this was my 1st time going there and dining in. Nice spot, and even nicer staff. We ordered a seafood pho which I've had before, but this one had egg noodles instead of rice noodles. I prefer the rice noodles. We also had the sesame chicken with fried rice, and beef with broccoli and fried rice. Everything was good. We also had spring rolls as an appetizer but I forgot to take a picture.

Not that good at all. Eggrolls were frozen and heated up. I had heartburn after eating it. First and last time eating here while I catch a flight in Charlotte. This establishment is Americanized and doesnt not fit the natives tastebuds. Pho was also mediocre. All in all below average experience. I wouldve enjoyed chipotle more. 10/10 would not ever come here again. May you have better luck than me if you come here. Definitely not worth $55 w/tip. Our waiter was decent though. Owners of establishment a lil stuck up and respond back in English when I spoke Vietnamese to them. Nbd. Would not come back.
