The bar area was quite active with people having drinks while watching the NFL Sunday games. The food area had a few tables. Mostly self service. The wife kept noticing how one female kitchen staff kept lowering her mask while talking. Food was okay. And was ready very quickly after ordering.

Food came out ultra fast and was delicious. I had the brisket sandwich with a side of macaroni & cheese. The brisket sandwich was huge, which was perfect for me because I just dumped half of it in my mac and had the best bowl of mac and cheese ever. Kaleigh got a salad, roasted potatoes and Mac and cheese. I tried the potatoes and they were very tasty. I definitely recommend my plate. I was very full by the time I was done and it was so good.

This was my first time at The Roasting Company! You walk up to the counter and they bring you your food. It came quickly and it was really good! We had friendly service from everyone. It was a nice day so we sat outside. There are several menu items I want to go back and try! There is parking in front, on the side, and in the street.

I enjoyed my my visit to this restaurant. I ordered the kale salad with pulled chicken. The salad was ok given the price point. There wasnt much to it. It had kale (which was a bit tough), tomatoes, and peppers and onions. The Italian dressing was a nice touch and made the salad worthwhile. The chicken was tender and had a good flavor. I also ordered a small side of guacamole. You get 3oz for an extra $2.50. Overall, the salad was decent and the portion size wasnt too bad.

Third time trying this place. A new dish for each visit. Today was the Texas wrap with brisket. Unfortunately the ingredients were not mixed. First few bites coleslaw, next brisket, then all rice. Plus my backed apples were more like apple sauce Probably just an off day. I'll be back for another dish in The future. Give this place a try
