We stayed at Magnolia #7 and Queens Terrace #3 while we were waiting for our new home to be finished. What a treat both condos were for us! Jim and James have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable we wanted for nothing both units were well equipped, clean, very stylishly decorated and the locations were wonderful! Best of all we could have our dog Wilson with us. He loved the porches and balconies at each unit as we did. These were so much nicer than other Airbnb's we have stayed at which were sparse and basic. Jim and James take great care of their guests checking on you after you get there and providing makings for a pasta dinner plus breakfast! Not to mention a fully stocked bar and wine! Trust me that helps when you're stressed out from dealing with a slow builder! This was a vacation from that stress for us we highly recommend any of their units!! Shout out to Marlon who's like the Energizer bunny if you need anything!!

What a find! We needed a place for 6 days and was a bit nervous since I couldn't get a good feel for the outside of the property. Turned out to be a 2 floor apt building with maybe 12 units. We had 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen and W/D. Large bathtub, double sink and heated bathroom floors. The King bed was very comfortable, they put some provisions in the fridge for us along with bananas, apples and wine. Ample parking and not noisy. Centrally located and a Trader Joe's a few blocks away. Excellent customer service and answered the phone every time we called. Look forward to staying here again

We had the most wonderful stay at 600 Hermitage, Unit #3. The area and street are so charming and the unit was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Upon arrival, the unit was stocked with wine, sparkling water, OJ, English muffins and butter, pasta, pasta sauce, cookies and some fruit too if I'm not mistaken. We also had all the necessities for cleaning and doing laundry as well as cooking in the kitchen. After a long drive this was much appreciated! If you felt like a drink, the bar was also stocked - right down to a lime to add to your drink. You literally just need to pack your clothes! We felt right at home during our stay and enjoyed our evenings with a fire as it was cooler when we were there. Some warmer days the screened in porch was a beautiful spot to enjoy coffee as well. If we ever visit Charlotte again, The Home Collection will be our go-to!

Where to begin!?!? What an amazing two weeks I spent at 600 Hermitage Court with Jim and James and the other delightful guests. Coming to town for my son's wedding - and then pup-sitting while they traveled for their honeymoon - I couldn't have been better situated both geographically but most importantly, comfortably! When my younger son and friend visited, they, too, were blown away by the location, beauty, and comfort afforded them. My son had the chance to meet James and because they had lots in common - he enjoyed that greatly! On my daily walks with my married son's pup, I met many of the neighbors, and because I was there for two weeks, got to know several of them. The neighborhood with the huge trees was just the beginning of my wonderful time there. My accommodations were spot on. There was not ONE THING I wanted for that hadn't already been thought of and provided. I enjoyed meeting John, another team member. Such a delightful man! I whole-heartedly recommend ANY of the many Home Collection furnished apartments when your travels bring you to Charlotte. You will NOT be disappointed.

Used to be our favorite place to stay, Jim and James no longer handle the property management it is outsourced to Rabbu. Airbnb still makes it sound like J & J are running it until you book and then you get a link from the third party property management asking for more information and you have to consent to a background check (um, no) even with more than 75 Airbnb stays and a perfect rating.
