I booked this for a small group attending a conference in New Orleans. The booking process was simple, and I received excellent service over the phone when calling to confirm reservations. I was not in attendance, but the group traveling informed me that the service was amazing! The flight was early, but Burton Shuttle Service was already at the airport waiting for them to arrive. My group stated the driver was friendly and professional. I Would definitely recommend this service.

I had the pleasure of working with Burton Transportation in New Orleans for our organization's annual conference in November 2023 and could not be more pleased with this great company! We reserved three limo buses for about 100 people. I made the reservations 10 months in advance, and they were so accommodating to secure the rentals that early! The booking process was so easy, and their staff was great with the communications and confirmations along the way. I was connected with the drivers the day before our event and reconfirmed all of our travel details. The drivers arrived on-time (actually ahead of time) and were so professional. We coordinated a NOPD escort, and they worked great with the escort to confirm the route and how the escort would work. Moving a big group of people across town, especially professionals who have already traveled hundreds of miles for the events, is not always easy or enjoyable. But, our guests felt very comfortable in Burton's vehicles and very special with the coordinated police escort. I would absolutely recommend Burton and look forward to working with them again in New Orleans and Nashville. Thank you, Burton team!
