We were so lucky to meet Ruthie at the visitor's center. I hope I spelled her name right. She was one of the nicest and most patient people I've ever met and the perfect person to represent the county and the center. It's been two or three weeks now and we tell each other and we still talk about how great she is. She was beyond helpful and had all kinds of information and went out of her way to make sure we were good. This place is amazing and would be so great even without all the extras they have there. Highly recommend making this your first and last stop if you're ever in the area. Thank you, Cabarrus County! Can't wait to come back.

It is always a pleasure to gather information at this fabulous visitor center. They mostly have just local information. Nonetheless, they are always accommodating and helpful. The first time we visited 7 years ago, we received every bit of knowledge and info regarding the race world to keep us busy for months. Ruthie is a huge asset and the sweetest hometown gal one could ever meet. It's a must go to place for information, and they usually nice little freebis. Enjoy

I have been dealing with this organization for a number of years now and they have been consistently very helpful, courteous, and generous with their assistance especially when I am hosting visitors' into the area. I love their selection of souvenirs, discount coupons, and magazine that they publish that is chocked full of useful information on area attractions, restaurants, and events. I look forward to my next interaction which will undoubtedly be pleasant.

Everything you'd want or need from a visitors center. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff alongside a good collection of souvenirs too. I stopped by this morning, and Nick and Patty (or Pattie) were at the desk. Super kind people, and they showed authentic interest in where I was coming from, what I was up to, etc. They also sell nice postcards.
