Predatory company that operates the parking for Optimist Hall. No clear instructions on how to pay for parking after the complimentary 90 minutes. Their parking attendant comes around and puts a "ticket" on your vehicle for 4 times the amount of parking once the complimentary period ends. No option to pay for your time after you leave.

I honestly don't know how they even operate in this state. They have predatory business practices, they will provide the WORST customer service possible, provide zero instructions for anything you do, and their processes/tech are outdated/obsolete. With our cowardly DOJ(Josh ((Stein)) you can be guaranteed they will be operating here indefinitely.

They just decided without any notice to stop validating parking for anyone that comes to their Omni hotel parking. We enter without knowing. Poor management and you should make this right. Unprofessional. No communication.

Stayed at the Omni hotel over night and had to park there thinking it part of the hotel. I was charged $50, waited and waited but there was no receipt. I called the hotel and asked for a receipt but was told yo call a different phone number because parking is not part of the hotel. That is really deceiving in my opinion. I have been calling this number for the past 3 days and no one had answered yet. This company is ripping people off and making millions of not billions off people. I wish I was informed by the hotel that parking is not a part of us from the onset.

Horrible experience - stayed the night at Ritz Sunday night before holiday, could have parked valet with Ritz for $38. Saw that the max daily rate here said $21, so we decided to walk 2 blocks to save money even though my husband had just had hip surgery. Well, in super small writing at bottom of sign, it says rate starts over at 3am, so we were charged 2x$21, $42. The best part is that there was a $10 special event sign when we entered the garage, but we were still charged $42 even though garage was completely empty and we parked in one of the first couple of spaces on the first floor. Then, I contacted them to inquire about this and the fact that they charged my card $42 TWICE, but they were not sympathetic at all, although several weeks later, they finally sent me a refund for the double charge. Complete rip off!
