I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying spa services at Palestra with my sister and my best friend. We all had facials and massages and since the 3 of us were coming together, we were given a tea party between services to commune together and truly enjoy the experience. The staff was absolutely amazing, the services were beyond comparable, and the venue was perfect. It was everything you hope for in a day spa experience. I highly recommend this place for any size group. Our bodies felt restored, our spirits rejuvenated, and most importantly this experience refilled our well-being cups. 5+ star rating from all 3 of us. We will be back!!

What a relaxing spa. A friend of mine and I visited Charlotte this past weekend as a girls trip before I have my first baby in June! My friend set up the facials and massages, and also asked for a charcuterie board for us to enjoy prior to our appointments. They followed through and this was such a sweet touch. My prenatal massage from kahilea was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a few questions about the prenatal massage and she was very knowledgeable and answered every question. My facial was done by Brittney! She was also amazing! She had the softest touch, it was so soothing - I swear I had to keep myself from falling asleep a few times!! Ill be visiting Charlotte during football season with my hubby - and Ill most definitely be back with him! I highly recommend!!

I was gifted a massage and a facial at Palestra by a friend and the experience was beyond my expectations! The massage therapist knew exactly what she was doing, to where her work felt like muscular therapy as well as deep relaxation. My facial (first facial ever) was an absolute pleasure and set the bar very high. I hope to return again someday soon. The entire spa had a very relaxed, quiet, soothing atmosphere that I appreciated.

My experience at Palestra was incredible. Brittney provided a wonderful facial. Before we started, she explained each of the treatments she was going to perform based on my skin concerns. She applied and removed the products in a massage-like manner that was so relaxing! Additionally, I really appreciated Palestra's and Brittney's willingness to reschedule my appointment.

My service was beyond incredible, probably one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. I would have given 5 stars, except I only got just at an hour of the 75 minute pkg, never got the arm/hand massage listed in the pkg. As amazing as the experience was, I can't imagine how amazing the full package I paid for would have been. Had to change my review, when a business owner promises to reach out to a paying customer, some of us actually expect them to keep their word. . .i guess not everyone keeps their word in this day and age. . .
